Everything we do can be tailored to the needs of your organisation, just let us know what you need and we’ll do the rest
We are able to take a set of medical records for a Claimant and organise them into a cogent bundle capable of being used and interpreted by all who participate in the progression of a case such as the Solicitor, medical experts and Counsel. No Bundle of notes is too large or small – the record case size so far is 14 ring binders, but we have no doubt that that will be beaten at some point!
We are able to offer our standard method of sorting, which comprises of dividing the records by type and organising each section chronologically. This is the most popular method, is the fastest to prepare (and thus most cost-effective) and is the method that is least likely to encounter difficulties over recoverability of charges from either the ATE insurer or losing Defendant.
An index of the contents of the Bundle is also provided to go alongside the records.

KP are able to receive and return bundles via our secure online portal. Alternatively we are happy to send and receive bundles through the Dx Exchange
We’ll take a set of medical records for a claimant and organise them into a cogent bundle.
We’ll review the organised bundle of medical notes and prepare a detailed chronology of the salient events.
With every case a memorandum is prepared summarising the Bundle of records and whether any records are missing.
We also provide our views on the prospects of establishing breach of duty and causation, and advise on the discipline of expert needed.
On completion we will supply a numbered, book marked, index linked and searchable pdf (eBundle) of the medical records, which is Court compliant. Together with digital versions of all prepared documents.
